Overall the experience was pretty good. The administrative staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Judith responded in a timely manner to each email and provided answers to all questions. The biggest glitches occurred because the original pick up time came and went and we had to call again to arrange for another one, which also came and went. Communication was great. From start to end I received either a text message and email informing me of the next steps. I only gave 4 stars because I believe the towing company that is picking up the vehicle should be clearly identified by either a company id and paperwork stating they are the designated towing company. Otherwise a very easy pick up.
Quick and easy... driver called 20 mins before he came. Very happy to have the car gone
