The experience was excellent and easy from my first interaction on the phone. Very nice and explained the whole process. He gathered my info and I waited for the next step. Everything happened exactly like he had said. The tow truck company called and came and handled the rest. Excellent company and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for this service.

The Gershow workers are always helpful and courteous. I just wish you would keep the parking lot a little cleaner, as I have a history of several flat tires after leaving your facility. And thank you so much for the sweatshirt this weekend. I am wearing it right now!

Made a call to you folks and it was easy peasy! Jimmy was great gave me clear instructions and a no nonsense offer for my vehicle. With the free towing you can't asked for anything more! Their towing contractor was just as professional. The driver made sure he'd pick up my vehicle the same day. Highly recommend Gershon! Regards, John
