L & L Auto came to bring my donated Buick Lucern to Gershow for Kars 4 Kids. The whole transaction was well organized, efficient, and completed quickly. The young man was friendly, and even empathetic about me having to let go of my "cool car." It was a pleasure to work with such professional people to do something good for Kars 4 Kids.

The process for having my vehicle picked up went very smoothly, from start to finish. Employees were kind and professional. But I really came to post about the driver who came to pick up my vehicle, in hopes he will see this. His name is Kitt, and he was one of the kindest, and most compassionate human beings I’ve ever met. It was a very emotional decision for me to make to have my car taken, and circumstances out of my control made it unbearable.
