Every time I come and pull on the scale the girl is always nasty to everyone that pulls up she should be put in the back away from people
I brought a load of stuff to the Riverhead location today. They put my receipts in the draw with the cash on top. I took my tickets and cash(3- $20's, 1- $10, and $1) out, looked to see the draw was empty,, and pushed the draw closed. I took my $71, and didn't look at the receipts till I got home. It was then that I noticed that the amount was $121.30. Gentleman said he would be at my house in 10 minutes, and he was there in less than that. Everything was quick and simple.
I thought the pick up could be easier.the window is 2 hrs but they seem to run over and i had to cancel since i couldnt hang out till they can get to me hr or so.later I didnt appreciate that. Than the second appointment went better but did tell me 20 mins which turned into 40 min.the co is reptable.so thats good.not just anyone coming.
car was suppose to be picked up yesterday. I stayed home all day and was never called. I called tow truck person and he said he was not scheduled to pick up my car. Today I was on my way out and another tow truck person called and said he was on his way over to get the truck with no prior email or text. I am glad I was still home.
Every thing was pretty good excpt the fact that the driver did not have a receipt to give me for what I was giving him. He walked away with the original title and my car and I had nothing to show that he picked up the car. Not his problem but there should be a receipt that is given to reflect the transaction when the car is being picked up. I was concerned but everything went ok.
the tow truck driver was wonderful he was the sweetest guy I cant remember his first name now but he has a b=white beard the people in the office in the towing department where extremely unhelpful it took me four phone calls to finally straighten out and get my tow scheduled I had to work it out with the tow truck guy to finally get the car towed
I forgot to take a small basket of things out of my car. It was on my driver seat. It was filled with change, ID cards, gift cards. Obviously something I forgot to remove from my vehicle. It was taken. My ID cards were found in a department store parking lot on the ground. I wasn’t present at the time of the vehicle being towed but I was told the the people working were unprofessional and yelling at each other. I would not recommend this company again.
