First timer at recycling scrap metal at Gershow in New Hyde Park. Great experience! Rob was very helpful, kind and courteous. Very well run operation. All went smooth. Quick response and follow ups. Representatives were courteous and professional. Only minor negative was setting up a vehicle pick up time and date with the tow company.

I called another company first - got a runaround never received a call back. I called Gershow and the car was picked up and cash in hand within a few hours. Great customer service. This is the second time I used Gershow and will continue to use you.
My experience is always good with the guys except recently with —— , lately am getting light iron and appliance , instead a mix load when—— is working. It is just impossible for me not to have a mix load every day with the size of my truck and the weight I drop off in the yard. Other than that I have no problem partner with Gershow Recycle .
I got in and out with no problems. Staff is always pleasant and willing to answer any questions. Staff willing to help you when you ask.
