I can not believe how quickly the entire process took. I filled out the request on line this morning around 8:30 I was contacted within 10 minutes and at 1:45 the car was picked up. Chris the driver was so very kind, when he found out that my husband had passed away and that this was his car, he took a photo of me in front of it.... What a fabulous company and I thank you again from the bottom of my heart...... Dotti
