Thomas came for the quarterly visit to check/refill the bait boxes and check for any other issues that may have appeared since the last visit. He is reliable (shows up within the designated time slot), pleasant to work with and is very thorough when checking for activity and performing treatments. If there are issues in between the quarterly treatments, Humphrey's promptly sends someone out to take care of the issue free of charge if covered under your quarterly plan.
