Matt has taken care of my property for the last few yearly visits to deal with carpenter ants from a neighbor’s property. He is friendly & upbeat to deal with, the consummate professional & very diligent as a worker. Any questions I ask can be easily answered by Matt. I have always had good people from Humphrey’s at my home, but they keep getting better, culminating with Matt Keller.

Everything was very professionally done, on time and solved the problem, no more carpenter ants. The technician Matt explained what he was doing and what would be the outcome. Could not believe how through he was and the amount and different types of methods they used to eradicate the ants. Great job - will sign up for the yearly maintenance program.
