I did not receive a phone call this time. Good thing technician questioned it and called office and they called me. Jonathan is awesome and hope he stays with the company. Thank you for sending him.

Technician currently assigned to our property (Jonathan) is excellent. Level of satisfaction for each service visit over the several years we have been with Humphrey's has varied from hated it to loved it - all dependent upon the technician providing service. Humphrey's has been consistently very good about repeating service when we were dissatisfied, but this still causes inconvenience.
Johnathan was very knowledgeable and professional. Would like to request him for future services
All went well. Steven, the service technician, was personable, efficient, and informative.
Nothing that I can think of at the moment. Jack, the termite man who treated the garage, was very nice, explained everything, etc.
