Technician currently assigned to our property (Jonathan) is excellent. Level of satisfaction for each service visit over the several years we have been with Humphrey's has varied from hated it to loved it - all dependent upon the technician providing service. Humphrey's has been consistently very good about repeating service when we were dissatisfied, but this still causes inconvenience.
Johnathan was very knowledgeable and professional. Would like to request him for future services

Nothing that I can think of at the moment. Jack, the termite man who treated the garage, was very nice, explained everything, etc.
Very professional. Usually send the same technician each quarter which is nice as he has gotten to know our needs and preferences. Well run organization.
