You are scrupulously honest and great at diagnosing a problem. I thought we had bed bugs. You said definitively no! A company that specializes in bed bugs came over with a dog ($300) and told me we had bed bugs. Another National franchise came over, did not examine the house but based on the previous company's diagnosis was ready to treat for bed bugs. Each wanted $1500. The quarterly service ended up in two visits - to treat outside and then to treat inside. To avoid this in the future please ring the door bell
LOL....not have any reason to call unless it is for our Quarterly maintenance visit.
