I had a an emergency call on Saturday and no-one picked up except Kew Forest plumbing specifically Tommy. He told me to send pictures of the problem which I did , so he can stop by the shop and get parts .I had a problem with a flush hammer that was leaking and Tommy put it back together and it worked great. He saved me from an irate tenant .He also pointed out a couple of other issues that need to be fixed which I will call Kew forest to do . I called for emergency weekend service to fix a leak originating from the second-floor bathroom. Tommy from Kew-Forest plumbing showed up within a couple of hours. He had to open up a couple of small sections in my kitchen and bathroom walls to diagnose the problem. He found the source of the leak behind the bathroom wall and replaced the leaky part. He did a great job and was courteous throughout and explained what he was doing. Very happy that Tommy solved the problem. Highly recommend!

I have been working with Paul and the Kew Forest crew on resolving a DEP violation. As a new home owner this work seemed really intimidating, but Paul’s prompt and clear explanations put me at ease. Leading up to the work he explained everything in a practical and logical manner. I appreciated this as someone who enjoys learning new trades and systems. Great service! My heat did not turn on...I called and was given an appointment for the following day. James arrived and solved my problem quickly, efficiently and professionally. He was kind enough to set my thermostat as well (as I am lost when it comes to that). Fast, efficient service and reasonable prices... James and Chris were punctual and got right to work. They understood my request to perform the basic water leak repair in a cost effective way. James was able to climb into the pipe chase are replace 5 ft of pipe As other issues arose including snaking underground waste line, James systematic approach to the repairs was effective Overall I was VERY PLEASED.
