We were very pleased with how the donation of our car was handled. It was picked up within two days from our mechanic’s station. We were given a time frame to choose from. We were also called 15 minutes before the driver arrived allowing us time to get to the station so we didn’t have to wait for the longer timeframe. The phone contact and the driver were efficient, courteous and friendly. It was a very positive experience!

The service was excellent from the start of the phone call. Abraham was polite and professional and followed up right away to confirm pick up time. The tow truck driver also called to inform how close he was to my location and sent a text upon arrival. Highly recommended!
It was good just wish it pay more
Excellent service with both the office and the driver. The office called the morning of the appointment for the pickup with an approximate time the driver would be there and his name. Then the driver himself called to let me know the exact time he would arrive.
Great experience with Klein they work fast I will definitely recommend them
When I called the guy he was very professional, the driver that came was very pleasant, we had a few laughs, you guys could've paid a little more but i guess. Overall i would use you again thanks.
