It was a very upsetting time in my life because my dad just died and i had to get rid of my crappy car so i could inherit his truck. Everyone at kleins was wonderful so kind and considerate of my situation. I was shocked that i could get even a dollar for my 17 year old car let alone $260! That money was much needed at the time so i could help my mom pay some bills. Thank you so much!!!

The drivers are gentlemen, willing to go to extents to satisfy the customer, are able to manipulate equipment without damaging the environs, are professional both in punctuality and knowledge, and demonstrate the highest in customer service comportment. Will I call Klein again? Absolutely. Positively.
