Everything went as they said, driver was only 35 minutes later then they said but given the road condition from the storm I understand completely. I would highly recommend anyone to use the website to have there vehicles removed. Thank you again. Hurt to see my 19 year old car go but I’m sure the parts will be useful to someone.

Process was easy. Price was what I hoped for, but reasonable. Pick up was horrible. Did not stick to the time frame. Hours late. Wasted my whole day.
Blackhole first time I’ve been told we are so backed up and then give me the phone number I will call you back with a Dietl pick up the cycle can I give them my number I didn’t receive a phone call I call dad to see if they forgot to come and then I was right they did forget to call me then Give me a date for pick up his cycle within two weeks and a day came on time they took it that’s all thank you

On Wednesday January 22, my 2003 Volkswagen Jetta was priced out at 245.00 for the salvage fee . The tow truck driver picked it up and gave me my envelope of cash , it was only 145.00 in the envelope. I called Klein and a guy named Abraham answered and I explained to him and he gave me a nonchalant answer and said have a nice day . If all I was going to get was 145.00 for my beloved car I would of donated to charity instead of the low balling . I was very disgusted and confused about how Klein does business. Well last pick up.of.my car..trailblazer was fine..however..shortly before this..I had pressure from town to remove Ford expedition ..so I called.Klien As I always do. The tow truck arrived..I went to Motor.vehicle and since I have 2 expeditions they gave me a title.to my other vehicle. Tow guys They told.me they would drop car or they can take the wrong title that they noticed.. and give me 200..I asked them to only deduct 50...but they said they will drop car..so..I had to pay 100 dollars out of my envolope given by Klien... read more
ANTI-CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST The phone agent who responded to my call was outrageously rude to me on the phone. After they failed to show up twice for scheduled appointments I called to register a complaint that I had taken two days off to be available for the complete six-hour windows of the scheduled appointments, and I was not contacted either time until almost one hour after the end time of the first appointment and not at all for the rescheduled second appointment.
