I had an appointment scheduled for them to pick up between 1pm- 5pm. I waited all day and they were a no show. The next morning I call them and they said they’d be here to pick it up by 12pm. Again, no show. I called at 1pm to ask where they were and they hadn’t even been dispatched. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was stuck on hold for 35 minutes until I decided to hang up. Completely unprofessional service. I will not suggest Klein Recycling to anyone.
Driver called me just as I was told he would to inform me the time he would arrive I showed up and he already had the car on the flatbed. I signed the paperwork and received the cash. It couldn’t have been any easier or faster.

You guys never came
I was told you to take my car up Friday you guys didn't pick it up till Tuesday that's should explained enough
They were supposed to call me an hour ahead but they didn't the driver called me when he reached the destination I told him I didn't live there so he would have to wait this was an inconvenience for me and for the driver can you please check it thank you
Everything went as they said, driver was only 35 minutes later then they said but given the road condition from the storm I understand completely. I would highly recommend anyone to use the website to have there vehicles removed. Thank you again. Hurt to see my 19 year old car go but I’m sure the parts will be useful to someone.

Process was easy. Price was what I hoped for, but reasonable. Pick up was horrible. Did not stick to the time frame. Hours late. Wasted my whole day.
Blackhole first time I’ve been told we are so backed up and then give me the phone number I will call you back with a Dietl pick up the cycle can I give them my number I didn’t receive a phone call I call dad to see if they forgot to come and then I was right they did forget to call me then Give me a date for pick up his cycle within two weeks and a day came on time they took it that’s all thank you
