Called Klein ahead of time to check prices. 40 minutes later I dropped my scrap off at the place, took my ticket to the window and they hand me my receipt with lower prices per pound. Guy at the window tells prices change everyday. I said “they changed in the last 40 min?” “I called ahead” Twerp in the cage told me to “go somewhere else.” Next time, Gladly.
