Well last pick up.of.my car..trailblazer was fine..however..shortly before this..I had pressure from town to remove Ford expedition ..so I called.Klien As I always do. The tow truck arrived..I went to Motor.vehicle and since I have 2 expeditions they gave me a title.to my other vehicle. Tow guys They told.me they would drop car or they can take the wrong title that they noticed.. and give me 200..I asked them to only deduct 50...but they said they will drop car..so..I had to pay 100 dollars out of my envolope given by Klien... read more
ANTI-CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST The phone agent who responded to my call was outrageously rude to me on the phone. After they failed to show up twice for scheduled appointments I called to register a complaint that I had taken two days off to be available for the complete six-hour windows of the scheduled appointments, and I was not contacted either time until almost one hour after the end time of the first appointment and not at all for the rescheduled second appointment. Called Klein ahead of time to check prices. 40 minutes later I dropped my scrap off at the place, took my ticket to the window and they hand me my receipt with lower prices per pound. Guy at the window tells prices change everyday. I said “they changed in the last 40 min?” “I called ahead” Twerp in the cage told me to “go somewhere else.” Next time, Gladly. Last visit 45 minute wait for small scale. Operator allowed 6 line cutters before taking me. I use only out of necessity.
