They were supposed to pick up my car today, March 31, 2026. Gave me a time from 12 to 4. Didn’t get a call. I called them and said they we’re gonna be from 5 to 7. Very poor customer service.

I had an appointment scheduled for them to pick up between 1pm- 5pm. I waited all day and they were a no show. The next morning I call them and they said they’d be here to pick it up by 12pm. Again, no show. I called at 1pm to ask where they were and they hadn’t even been dispatched. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was stuck on hold for 35 minutes until I decided to hang up. Completely unprofessional service. I will not suggest Klein Recycling to anyone.
Driver called me just as I was told he would to inform me the time he would arrive I showed up and he already had the car on the flatbed. I signed the paperwork and received the cash. It couldn’t have been any easier or faster.
