The driver arrived more than an hour later than our promised window, and more than 2 hours past the time we were told by your office. I was surprised to learn my sale price would be reduced due to a catalytic converter, with no explanation why.
They were supposed to pick up my car today, March 31, 2026. Gave me a time from 12 to 4. Didn’t get a call. I called them and said they we’re gonna be from 5 to 7. Very poor customer service.
