The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone was so kind to me. He explained exactly what would happen to pick up my old minivan at my house. Also, he gave me a great price (I had contacted several places) for my minivan. The gentleman, Angel, who picked up my van was right on time and was very patient and nice too. It was a wonderful experience as everything went smoothly. Next time, I will call Klein Recycling first and not bother contacting anyone else. I highly recommend Klein Recycling to everyone!!
Did ok but peddie would ve paid me 3 times as much $130. Vs 380. If l could ve figured out their computer system
The driver was on time. The company called early enough to give me a heads-up and the time he would arrive. This was my Mother in law's car that we were donating to veterans, etc. When the driver came, he helped charge the battery enough that we could open the trunk to empty it out. Very well mannered.
