I've used other recyclers so I can attest that the Klein operation is comparably the best. The drivers are gentlemen, willing to go to extents to satisfy the customer, are able to manipulate equipment without damaging the environs, are professional both in punctuality and knowledge, and demonstrate the highest in customer service comportment. Will I call Klein again? Absolutely. Positively.

Hello- The entire car pick up went perfectly. The gentleman that picked up the suburu was friendly and proffessional. It took only a small amount of time. The whole pick up took less then 15 minutes from his arrival to when he left with the car. He answered all my questions and was kind and polite. The amount quoted to me, to be paid to me for the junked car, was met 100%, and it was not discussed any further after i was told the amount in our phone call.
