The most recent repair was to a gas boiler. I called the office when we realized there was no heat, around 8:30 am. Robert called about an hour later, and arrived around noon. He quickly diagnosed that two switches had failed (which is pretty unlikely). As always, the service was 100% professional. Price was fair. Lynbrook Plumbing has been my go to plumbers for over 30 years, when they did a complete bathroom renovation for us in our first home. Chris spoke to me on Sunday and arranged to do replacement first thing Monday morning. All went well. I am very pleased with work, professionalism, price and flexibility. Needed a hot water heater replaced quickly.
Mr. Ragusa , the owner, and his staff are very hands on. On the whole they tried as best as they could, and asked a second person to come in with a bigger snake and that snake worked. They came the same day. I got a person on the phone immediately at 7:30 am. It was a really good operation. The second set of plumbers came and it was fixed in less than 5 minutes. I recommend them highly. They really took care of my bathtub and my bathroom sink. I'm in a co-op. This building has been using them for years.

The basement installation of the hot water heater and boiler went fine. The system is approx. 10-12 years old. The requested re-positioning of the thermostat in the den has resulted in a hanging wire that was not affixed/bolted to the wall in an unfinished and leaky garage. The boiler has encountered rust damage in a lower quadrant that has necessitated sanding and a rustproofing application.
