In March 2025 I completed Plaza College's A-Z stenography program, a compact but comprehensive introduction to court reporting. The program consisted of four evening classes over two weeks, where we systematically learned the stenography keyboard layout and practiced essential finger placements. I took the A to Z class with Cindy McMahon. I have absolutely fell in love with steno through this course. It gave me to opportunity to see if I would enjoy steno and be capable of it. Mrs.McMahon is a great mentor, talented teacher, funny and always encouraging! So grateful!

Plaza College is the best.
I really enjoyed the A through Z prep for the stenography program. Although it was free, Ms. McMahon was very thorough and explained each letter of the alphabet in a clear and engaging manner. I had planned on attending in May but cannot wait to get started and so now will be attending in January and practice daily to keep the material fresh in my mind so I can hit the ground running when I begin the Theory class.
