These folks are the REAL DEAL! A pipe burst in the wee hours of the morning, called Powerflo as we just used them for some sewer issues in the fall. They said they were working round the clock and would have someone over as soon as possible. In less than 12 hours on one of the coldest days in years they were here. in under 90 minutes all was fixed and the water (and heat) were back on. Fast appointment. Rob diagnosed problem quickly. Gave me a fair quote, and cleared the clogged drain fast. He even cleaned up. Very nice guy. Cant beat 90 day warranty either.

The staff was very friendly and curtious, as well as pleasant to talk with. The team who worked on fixing our problem was very professional and tidy, including covering their feet when they walked into our home.

I've used power flow before never had a problem always happy but I must say that the man that came out today his name is Charlie he explained everything in detail as to what I should do to maintain the proper working of my sewer system. He took his time to double check everything to make sure everything was working properly before he left. and I felt very confident that when he left that I would have no immediate problem with my sewer system.

First time customer: My management company had to call Powerflo. My tub and toliet was backed-up. PowerFlo send out Tom and Al. They were nice friendly, well mannered and professional. They were quick and cleaned up after themseleves.
