My basement flooded because my sump pump malfunctioned. I spoke to Mike who was kind and courteous. Even though he was very busy, he was able to have a plumber here in minimal time. His name was Tom and he was fast and precise! I can't thank you enough.

This is my 3rd time using Powerflo Sewer Service and the service is excellent. John was very professional and efficient as well as the other employee who assisted him. Powerflo arrived in a timely fashion and immediately began the work . I'm satisfied with work that was done . I would recommend Powrflo to anyone in need of plumbing and full sewer service. Great job. This was the 2nd time I've used PowerFlo & they again came same day shortly after l called. The Technicians/Plumbers both times were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Hopefully, I won't need to call them again soon but if I have any new plumbing problems, it's PoweFlo I'll be calling.

Somebody was here within an hour, he knew what he was doing and they beat the competitors price by almost $300. If you own an older home like I do, when you need a plumber save yourself some time and stress and call these guys first!

Tony was a great technician. He was not only prompt, polite and professional but he took the time to answer all of my questions. We had other issues with our basement drains and our upstairs bathroom. He made a call and within minutes he was approved to take care of them as well. Overall a very satisfying experience.
