DO NOT EVER CALL OR USE THESE PEOPLE AND MAKE SURE HOME SERVE ASSIGNS SOMEONE ELSE IF YOU CAN FOR YOUR ISSUE . Even home serve said they should have called them before this amateur did what he did . I don’t know much about plumbing but had a leak coming from my standing shower but it was A very small leak from a specific area. Guy comes first thing before he even goes upstairs to check the shower out and look around he is like I have to make a whole through a ceiling to better look at everything , I am like u don’t want to c... read more

Very please with this their service. I received a prompt appointment. They were on time and kept me updated with text messages. They cleared the bathtub drain in 15 minutes. No fuss, in and out. Would recommend Powerflo without hesitation and will call them in the future.

There was a problem, obvious smell in the room because of poor drainage but they denied and just offered to do preventative measures so we can pay out of pocket.
