Hi to whom it may concern: On 9/30/2020 2 men were working it was brought to there attention that while they were snaking out our sewer line it was brought that one of our water lines started to leak. Which was not leaking before they started the job. As John was leaving he stated that we could call tomorrow so someone could come out to fix the problem and charge us. I called with a sewer clog issue and received service that same day. The plumber Mike came within an hour and wore a mask and gloves and fixed the issue within an hour. He knew the exact issue and tools to use and got down to business. The price was fair and will only use them with any future plumbing problems.

He was excellant worker. Took his time to unclog sewers main line. Show me root hair I didn't know root hair was in sewer main line.

Not Good service at all all their employees are nothing but felons and drug attic’s I had a bottle of medication in my cabinet set up on purpose and it was gone I don’t recommend anybody to use this company at all there are so many on Staten Island definitely don’t need to use them be careful because the Rob stuff from your home

We never leave a mess behind is false I could barely walk before my hip operation and the guy who snaked the clog was leaving me 3 buckets of sludge ,I had to offer him 20 dollars to pour in down my toilet near the main drain after he left ,I kicked myself for giving him a dime.
