excellent service all around, from start to finish. Tech was very informant in regard to my questions, polite and arrived before the stated time frame time.. I have used rotor rooter in the past and I must say " Powerflo" out beats them in all aspects!!!

Powerflo is a very professional sewer service company. Their team of technicians and staff are very dependable and friendly. The technicians take the time to explain the work being done. They are very tidy and come prepared with dropcloths and protective boot covers for your hardwood floors and carpets. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family. Way overpriced !!!!!!! $900.00 to replace a shower cartridge that cost $76.00 dollars !!!!!! I wouldn't recommend this company.

We called to fix a clogged kitchen sink The technician blamed the garbage disposal! We just hired another plumber that snaked the line and the kitchen sink is working perfectly now and no longer clogged ! He also looked at the at the garbage disposal and there is nothing wrong with it!

Ed returned again after a week he had fixed my problem. I liked that he apologized that my problem returned. I said Ed shit happens. He laughed. I was glad he returned, as he knew the whole problem. Well he fixed it again and I’m happy. Thank you Ed!
