We had to call PowerFlo twice for backup in our basement. They’re Excellent all around. From Vanessa who I spoke to over phone. She is so pleasant, professional and very helpful with a great personality. The plumber came in 30 minutes around 12 am and cleaned the sewer in 45 minutes. May be the cost of the work $299 is too high, but it was a good feeling the problem was fixed!
