Wonderful! I have two sons, my oldest son passed away in 2020 when he was 3. We chose cremation & my husband and I got urn necklaces filled. We still don’t know how but my younger son (who is now 3) flushed my husbands black urn necklace down the toilet. We had another plumbing service here yesterday for almost 5 hours & found nothing. We had powerflo come today to try again as a last effort. They found it!! Within 20-30 minutes they had the urn necklace out and cleaned!
