Your technician that came to my home, his name was Joe L. He was EXTREMELY Patient. Explained everything to me that I needed to know before he did the work. He was VERY VERY NEAT. HE CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AFTERWARDS AFTER CLEARING and UNCLOGGING my main sewer line. He answered all of my questions and when he finished the job I felt very secure in the fact that I knew that the job was done correctly. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND POWERFLO to anyone that needs and wants professional work done!!!

As a custodian in a school, my time is very important. The technician arrived within the promised time slot. Promptly diagnosed the problem and kept me informed during the entire process. He made sure to clean up after the job was done, which is something many contractors do not do. . Very courteous. The office staff is also great! Definitely recommend Powerflo.

The service man was extremely polite and explained everything he was going to do.. He cleaned up after he finished snaking and checked and double checked that the drain was cleared. He was a great service man. I would definitely recommend using this company.
