Sean was my service technician. He came early, which was great. He evaluated the problem and explained what he had to do. He had to cut the pipe in order to run the snake into the drain pipe. He cut the pipe and ran the snake to remove the blockage. He repaired the pipe with a rubber coupling when he put everything back together. Sean was and nice and polite. He checked for leaks before he finished. Sean was very professional and I will recommend Powerflo. JG
