Your servicemen his name is Victor I was extremely pleased with his work he was very very professional he took his time to explain to me the problem what most likely caused it and how he was going to repair the situation he was very neat cleaned up after himself and I was very pleased and happy with it his professionalism and his workmanship.

We had to call PowerFlo twice for backup in our basement. They’re Excellent all around. From Vanessa who I spoke to over phone. She is so pleasant, professional and very helpful with a great personality. The plumber came in 30 minutes around 12 am and cleaned the sewer in 45 minutes. May be the cost of the work $299 is too high, but it was a good feeling the problem was fixed!
