From start to finish unbelievable !!! Felt like I was in a time warp -they offered old school customer service -actually spoke to person -don’t know her name but she couldn’t have been nicer - set me right up for an appointment the next day .Appointment was for btw 11and 1 -received call from the company that they were in there way -and I also received a text -both right on time .I had Joe Lombardo as my service tech ,who was very knowledgeable/friendly and honest - he fixed my problem and a few other things were also fixed ... read more
