I just had a service by Joe M and Chris. These guys were excellent. They did a clean, efficient job. They treat their customers with respect. This company makes you forget that this is an ugly problem. They take a professional approach and are very clean. They put covers on their shoes when they enter your home. They also take the time to show and tell you the problem and tell you what to expect. This is my go to company for problems of this type.
I had a significant sewer problem for which I used Roto Rooter before. My first contact with PowerFlor was what it should be. They were courteous and efficient. They scheduled a technician to come to the house the same day since it was not an emergency. Rob the technician arrived promptly, was courteous, friendly, and knowledgable about my sewer problem when I showed him the problem. He got right to it and worked until the problem was solved.
