I had an old galvanized drain pipe under the kitchen sink that was leaking. I anticipated a long and tedious repair job. But Walter completed the job in about 30 minutes with precision and no mess to clean up! He cut out the damaged section like butter and replaced with PVC piping. I definitely recommend Pruzansky Plumbing.
Great Service, timely & informative with suggestions to better care for our hvac needs. Jeremy & Ryan were professional, knowledgeable yet friendly in providing service and advice; I would welcome them back anytime. Neat and done on time
Did everything as stated and was neat clean tidy and Quick. Also performed test cycles before leaving to make sure issue corrected.
I needed my washing machine VALVES replaced. I called Alan at Pruzansky Plumbing to have that done, as well as upgrade my washing machine hoses to braided stainless steel from rubber. Alan sent his plumber Gela. Gela has the skill and experience that made the project a success!
Jeremy and Ryan were outstanding. They arrived early, we're professional and friendly. They let me know what needed to be done in advance, cost of work to be done as well. They kept me informed as they did the work. I welcome them back anytime. Thanks Pruzansky Plumbing !!!
VERY DISAPPOINTING. Called them to fix leak in 1st. floor shower that was leaking to basement floor. He checked everything, ran water all over to see leak in basement. Claimed no leaks in pipes and said the grout was causing leaking. They don't service that and to get a grout co. He charged $200 basically for nothing. Grout looked fine to me but called grout refinishing co. After $1000 spent on cleaning and fixing, still not fixed. Went to local Plumbing supply and was told leak probable behind wall. Scammed us out of 500 dollars for a refill of Freon.. Then promised to work the cost of Freon into a quote for a whole new system.. Guess what never came? The quote.. Did you actually refill the Freon??? We'll never know since you don't have the decency to return a call.
