The technicians were great. On time, thorough and efficient.
Had an emergency with an out door faucet, called and was fit into the schedule as soon as possible. The technician, Gela, arrived early, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained thoroughly what needed to be done. Gela was very professional and repaired the issue to my utmost satisfaction. Been using Pruzansky Plumbing for all my plumbing/heating issues throughout the years. Wouldn’t consider using anyone else.
The mechanics were professional and informed me of all costs before starting.
Plumber arrived on time. Asked me questions as necessary to complete the job. Kept area neat & cleaned up before leaving. Minimized impact to building
