Will was really good and worked to solve my problems. He also communicated as to his arrival time.
The Pruzansky Plumbing team was extremely quick and efficient helping me replace a water heater. I realized the old water heater had gone bad at 8am and had the new water heater installed by Pruzansky Plumbing by 2pm. The installation team were very thorough while on-site. They were very efficient, quick, and gave me a lot of good information about caring and maintenance for my new water heater. Thank you for a great job!
Another Home Run This was the third time in the past two years that Wilfredo was dispatched to my condo when I had a plumbing problem. Once again his work was 100 %. You are very lucky to have him as one of your employees. He leaves the area he worked in cleaner then when he arrived.! Wilfredo is always welcome here.

He completed the requested and recommended repair quickly and efficiently but what really impressed me and guaranteed a return customer is that, when he found out we were new homeowners, he made it a point to show us a few important safety features and where our shut off and water heater could be found.
