Rich is the man. Had issues with my Honeywell smartvalve after turning on the heat for the first time this year. He was able to troubleshoot over the phone to me (i am not a handy person) for no charge. These guys also came out and replaced a cartridge in my shower over the summer. Great reliable and fair guys.
