Will and Javan were extremely professional and meticulous. They arrived early, walked me through the problems, walked me through installation. I’d definitely use Pruzansky Plumbing again.
Will & Javon (I hope I got the names correct) called me when they were on the way, which is always appreciated. They were very efficient, conscientious about respecting my home and space, which is rare in general but not for Pruzansky. Will has been in my home before and is consistently mindful and efficient. He showed me the new water heater, walked me through the changes and answered all my questions. I have great peace of mind knowing that Pruzansky handled the install of a new hot water heater for me.
Service was relatively prompt. Work was done well. Knowledgeable and experienced plumber. No fuss/ no stress. Thorough job. Would use again.
I had used them last season for the first time and they did a great job then,so i called for their service for another problem and they were prompt,called to say they were on the way and took care of business and luckily i had the same Person, Ed, who knew the structure of the space and knew exactly what needed to be done. Very efficient service
Ed who did my gas valve replacement was super knowledgeable and friendly. He called ahead, arrived on time did a nice job (my oven now fits snugly against the wall). He was also very neat about his work. Two thumbs up!
Jeremy was my technician for an A/C service call. He answered my questions thoroughly and cleaned up when done. I would recommend to family and friends.
