Gela was great. He completed the requested and recommended repair quickly and efficiently but what really impressed me and guaranteed a return customer is that, when he found out we were new homeowners, he made it a point to show us a few important safety features and where our shut off and water heater could be found. He also let us know which plumbing items we should consider or expect to replace in the coming years and a rough estimate of each so we can plan accordingly. It was a pleasant experience. Technician determined the issue, replaced the part and explained clearly what he did.

My AC unit stopped working Sunday afternoon. I called at 8 AM Monday morning and I had air conditioning working by 2 PM. The technician was quickly able to diagnose the problem, explained it to me and was very pleasant to deal with.
