Had another problem. This is our 3rd service by Reeds. When you call - they come fast as they can. Take care of business and leave us happy. It's great to have such a company local. Extra thanks to Josh our service man. He explains everything and leaves things clean neat and FIXED. Yep - 5 star service for sure !!
I can’t say enough about there commitment to service.Called them last evening around 8:30 Frank returned my call explained they were very busy but would call this morning and he did told me he would have someone here before 12 Johnson arrived at 11am checked whole system found the issue repaired it.The technician Johbson was extremely professional and explained everything to us clearly I can’t say thank you enough having service like this on a holiday weekend was unbelievably. During the hottest days of 2025 our AC stopped working. I tried calling many different places but Reed’s was the only one who got service people to me the same day. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, nice to work with and fixed the issue with my unit.

Reeds is the best! I've recommended them to so many people in need of Hvac services. Right around Rosh Hashana 2 years ago i noticed it was getting hot. Everyone dismissed it saying the system is just working hard because there's so many people in the house and the ovens on etc. But I knew there was an issue. I called on a Sunday evening, figuring I'd just leave a message until Monday. But I got a call back right away! They came out next day and figured a work around to the problem. We had a situation this am that our air was not working -we called Reeds-We have never used them before -we went on the reviews and they sent someone right away-they we’re here within 15min quite impressive and the gentleman who came to our house was extremely nice and fixed the problem right away and the charge for the service was very reasonable -Thankyou and will use them all the time now

If I could give 10+ stars I would. I believe Reed’s just saved my animals’ lives. I am currently in Costa Rica. My pet sitter wrote me to tell me that my house was at 87 degrees. I have a rescue with a breathing issue and she was having trouble breathing. I contacted Lisa, who put us on an emergency list. They came a couple hours later and fixed the issue. My unit is over 25 years old so as soon as I get back, I’m buying a whole new unit from them. Not risking this again. Thank you Lisa, Frank and everyone else at Reeds!!!
