Nothing worse than a blockage on a National Holiday and really needing to be able to use water in the house!! Called and the added cost of a Holiday emergency visit was clearly explained, was asked if it couldn't wait a day so save me the extra expense. Needed to have working drains and 30 minutes later a pleasant serviceman appeared, chased the blockage, asked a few questions about products being used, made some suggestions for better choices of products for a 40+ year old home and left me with working drains!
