Tito is very easy to communicate with. You can email, phone or even text. He comes to you when it's convenient for you. We had 3 cars to scrap. He took them all! And gave us cash! My service was unbelievable because I only gave Tito a 2 hour window that I was available on the day I wanted my broken down car picked up. He responded right away in a little over an hour.
