I want to thank VNANJ for sending me two angels disguised as physical therapists to assist in my recovery from total knee replacement. Mila Svetnikova and Angeli Cometa were highly skilled professionals who played a very important role in my rehabilitation while I remained at home. In addition to instructing me on appropriate exercises for recovery, they both provided helpful hints for improving resumption of everyday activities. Helen (nurse) is the most fantastic, caring, attentive nurse. Michelle (service)is so attentive and eager to help whenever questions arise. Brittany (social worker) is always available and a great listener. Dr. Stansbury's calm and patient demeanor and guidance has been a blessing. My family is forever grateful and indebted to the services these people have provided to my family during the most sad and difficult time of our lives. We are so grateful for the exceptional care that our mother/wife/grandmother received during her lengthy illness. She received care from the most professional clinicians and they made it very easy for us to take care of her at home whenever possible, avoiding hospitalizations. The entire staff at VNANNJ was very prompt, communicative and responsive. We could not ask for a better wound care nurse than Beatrice. She went over and above every single visit. I received such wonderful care and attention from Amy F, my OT. She worked with me and helped me get past both my physical and emotional hurdles during such a crucial stage of my recovery. I am truly grateful for her time and involvement in my journey. She is dedicated, caring, professional, and extends herself to her patients.

The physical therapists are great. They provide excellent care and service. They only issue I am encountering is with the authorizations for the physical therapy visit that have been approved by the insurance company. The process is complicated and the need to get approval for additional visits after 3. The process is not flowing properly and on the execution of what should be the third, the therapist does not get the go ahead from his office.
