As it always happens, my sewer backed up in the morning and created a mess in my basement. All county was able to respond immediately and sent a team to be at my home at 9 am, less than 2 hrs after I had called. They diagnosed the problem and realized it was a clog in the city mains and instead of fixing for the city to fix it, they fixed the problem. It's been about 3 to 4 years since we used your services. However, from what I recall, the work was done professionally and certainly met all our expectations. From the first contact through completion of work, we were very satisfied with everything you did for us. I would most definitely use you again (hopefully I won't have to!!!) and would (without a doubt) recommend you to anyone seeking your services.

Really good. They are obviously experts and also very friendly and honest.
After being told by Roto-Rooter we would need $17K of work (excavation, total pipe replacement, etc), Ron and All County gave me the honest solution that wouldn’t make them near as much money: a good old-fashioned cleaning is what was needed. I am grateful for their integrity and commitment to us as customers. They saw people, not dollar signs. Thank you so much!!!
