Honest and fair
The work was done on time and on budget with the very minimal disturbance of the surroundings (lawn, driveway and trees ) given that the work required major excavation to expose the 4 inch sewer that had to be lined with max pvc liner.; Overall an excellent job by supervisor (Ron Fiorilli ) and his crew .
I am VERY GRATEFUL to have RON ON MY SIDE. As he was working miracles with my sewage problem, my wife called out from the living room, repeatedly, Ron, you are a genius!!! Love Ron-Love his work!!!
Competent and professional crew; responsive. Work done exactly as estimated.
We live in an old house and had an issue with roots getting into our sewer line. I called a company on Monday who came out and "cleared" the line to 100 feet but told me that there was still a blockage and I would have to get the line "jetted", an expensive procedure. I called All County and they came out and were able to clear the roots out of the line using a long, high-powered snake for a third of the price that I was going to be charged for the jetting. I would be very careful about using these people. They had agreed to come repair a broken sewer pipe for us today, didn't show up and then very casually wrote to say that they couldn't get to us until next Tuesday. And this is not a case of misunderstanding. We received a text from them saying when they would be there , and when they didn't show up, I called their office and was again assured that they would be there.
