On the outside of the car, the door has the word HYBRID plus a logo, on the new door, the I is missing so it reads HYBR D.. it's only cosmetic, but it bothers me. 3.5 Star : Customer Service They made it clear that Geico customers are the priority. The guy even said as much to another customer while i was sitting there. The service wasn't really lacking but hearing that during initial assessment definitely had me wary. 5 Star : Returned Clean

Never experienced any repairs that take this long. Communicated with Amwell Auto Body many times without receiving any commitments.
