0 Star : My Experience The overall body work looks good but the rim that wss replaced does not match the rims on the vehichle. I find it hard to believe a matching rim could not be sourced for an acura mdx that was in the shop for nearly 1 month.

In a way they were creative by trying, but if I did not push they would have taken much more time than the 2,5 weeks it took now. Usually someone coming in for work is not there by choice so having a discussion that is abrupt is not welcome. I will say all other conversations with a technician were pleasant and I did not feel rushed.
0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1 Star : Repair Quality Vehicle took 4 weeks to repair. First repair attempt was horrible. Bumper was not straight in multiple spots. Paint was not buffed clean. Fog lights didn't work. Slid plate was zipped tied and not fixed. And, my tailgate key is pushed in now. I'll never go back. 0.5 Star : Customer Service Slow to get back to me.
