Our repair was delayed for more than 10 days. They were unapologetic and rude. I don't think they understand how to deal with customers! If it wasn't for geico sending us there we would have never gone to them.

I didn't have window damage.... 2.5 Star : Customer Service My car was brough in end of February. when I was called to pick it up in MARCH, I was informed that a credit card would incur a 3% fee. This fee was enacted in March. It was not in place when I brought my car in. I was not happy to find this out the day before I was to pick up my car.
