1 Star : Likely to Recommend 2 Star : Repair Quality The quality of the paint work seems to be ok however, after receiving the car back dashboard warning lights were left on, shortly after the repair I noticed a noise coming from the passenger front window, I took it to the dealer and I come to find out that amwell did not put the door panel and connectors back together correctly costing me well over 300 dollars at the dealer. 2.5 Star : Customer Service Straight forward customer service

Pleased with work on first one enough to bring second vehicle - without any hesitation. 50/50 in future based on communication and potential issue at end averted by MetLife. 5 Star : Repair Quality No issues with quality of the repair. 1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1.5 Star : Repair Quality No explatuons of repairs. No walk around. Picked up car cracked windshield. Had to keep it two days then return so they can fix the windshield that they cracked. They had my car for almost a month. Upon picking the car up for the second time again no walk around no explanation of new damages that were fixed.
