On the outside of the car, the door has the word HYBRID plus a logo, on the new door, the I is missing so it reads HYBR D.. it's only cosmetic, but it bothers me. 3.5 Star : Customer Service They made it clear that Geico customers are the priority. The guy even said as much to another customer while i was sitting there. The service wasn't really lacking but hearing that during initial assessment definitely had me wary. 5 Star : Returned Clean

Never experienced any repairs that take this long. Communicated with Amwell Auto Body many times without receiving any commitments. We finally contacted State Farm to plead for help as our family had been struggling with the short of one car. Magically the next day, we received a call that our car is ready for pick up!
