1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend The decent quality of the work did not make up for the outrageously long off-road time or the poor communication. 2 Star : Repair Quality The repairs took an extremely long time and it was very difficult to get an answer as to when it would be done. The car was off the road for over a month, causing significant personal expense for a rental. 5 Star : My Experience Please do not send customers e-mails under the body shop company. I thought my car would be ready a week ago and then I find out they never sent me e-mails, that they were being generated by the insurance company. It was very upsetting not to have the car ready when promised. Otherwise, they do fine work and one would never know my car went through an accident. 5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality 5 Star : Customer Service 5 Star : Returned Clean

0 Star : My Experience Blower fan was disconnected during repair and left unconnected. As a result, car has no discernable AC, defrost, heat, or circulating air. Was advised to replace a fuse. I checked, it is not a bad fuse. Prob a ground wire left unattached. Please reattach. Thankyou.
