Our repair was delayed for more than 10 days. They were unapologetic and rude. I don't think they understand how to deal with customers! If it wasn't for geico sending us there we would have never gone to them.

This fee was enacted in March. It was not in place when I brought my car in. I was not happy to find this out the day before I was to pick up my car.
